Parts Lifting or Warping

Manual Method:

  • Bring hot end down to 1mm above bed. Do a wide sweep with the hot end nozzle by using controls to jog hot end from right to left, then front to back, each 200 mm.

  • As you jog the hot end, visually check if the distance between the tip of the nozzle and the bed is consistent.

  • If it is not, rerun calibration

  • If the distance is consistent move on to the next step:

  • Rerun Autocalibration Routine to see if this makes it better
  • If you are printing large flat pieces try turning off your fans. This slows down the cooling process and will hopefully keep it from warping as much.
