Parts Lifting or Warping
Manual Method:
-
Bring hot end down to 1mm above bed. Do a wide sweep with the hot end nozzle by using controls to jog hot end from right to left, then front to back, each 200 mm.
-
As you jog the hot end, visually check if the distance between the tip of the nozzle and the bed is consistent.
-
If it is not, rerun calibration
-
If the distance is consistent move on to the next step:
-
Verify extruder is extruding regularly at proper temperature
-
Use appropriate build surface Materials and Their Optimal Build Surfaces
-
Rerun Autocalibration Routine to see if this makes it better
- If you are printing large flat pieces try turning off your fans. This slows down the cooling process and will hopefully keep it from warping as much.
