Trouble Reading External SD Card
When a user loads a file to the SD card for printing, sometimes the file will not show up on the SD card when you insert it into the card reader on the front panel of your printer. Most of the time what happens is that the correct file type was not used in saving the file to the SD card. Make sure that you save your print as a g-code not an .stl or .amf file when you are in slicing software such as MatterControl.
Steps:
1. Put the SD card in your computer
2. Bring up your file, export as g-code
3. Insert card back into printer
4. Go to the printer control panel and navigate to your file
5. Select file to print
